Whether it's on a small scale or in grand style, traditional or modern – at the Brandlhof in the state of Salzburg, we have the ideal location for your wedding!
At the Hotel Gut Brandlhof, there are countless ways to celebrate your special day with family and friends.
The traditional chapel, which was renovated in spring 2014, is a very special venue for tying the knot. It is embedded romantically into the surrounding nature and nestles quaintly on the hillside. The sweeping pasture in front of the chapel is the ideal place to then toast your love with a champagne reception, even on a grand scale.
It is believed that the chapel was built in the 17th century. According to the history of Saalfelden, the chapel was given its current form in 1925, when the former custodian Schwarz had it rebuilt. In 1930 the chapel got its own licence to celebrate mass. The stony memorial plaque was bestowed by the sovereignty Schmiedmann.
In 2014 the chapel was renovated by the owners of the Hotel Gut Brandlhof Birgit Maier and Alexander Strobl. An addition and repair of the benches and the altar, a reconstruction of the roof with shingles made of larch as well as a drainage to drain mountain water from the chapel were realised.
