  • AIR CONDITIONING
    Air conditioning is installed in some of the rooms, which you can book both before and during your stay. You can activate the air conditioning for your entire stay for €10.00 per night via reception.

    If you need any help or have a request, please feel free to contact our reception (DW 600) at any time.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
    We guarantee your check-in from 15:00. On the day of departure we will make the room available to you until 11:00 a.m.
    Early check-in or late check-out is possible after consultation with reception, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
  • AUTOHOUSE
    The Brandlhof “autohaus” consists of presentation areas for vehicles weighing up to 7.5 tons, spacious areas for working directly on the car and two seminar rooms. Please contact us for a guided tour to show you the possibilities of this multifunctional location!

  • BATHING SUIT
    Forgot your swimming trunks at home? We offer a small selection of swimming trunks and suits/bikinis. Please contact our staff at the hotel reception!
  • BATHROBE
    If the bathrobe in your room is too big or too small, we will be happy to exchange it at reception. We have bathrobes in sizes S and XL for adults and various children’s sizes up to 12 years.
  • BATH SHOES
    Bathing shoes are available at the hotel reception as well as at the spa reception.
  • BATH BAG
    We are happy to provide you with a bathing bag for the duration of your stay, subject to a deposit. Please contact the reception desk for this. You can also buy the bathing bag in its original packaging for € 29!
  • BAR
    The bar in the hotel lobby is open daily from 10:00 a.m. Outside restaurant opening hours we serve small dishes there. You can have breakfast and dinner with your four-legged friend at the hotel bar. In the summer months, our hotel bar opens at 05:00 p.m. The restaurant einkehr opens at 10:00 a.m. in summer.
  • BILLARDS
    The pool table is in the pillared hall on the first floor of Brandlhof West. With 2x € 1,00 coins you are in the game.
  • BICYCLES
    Mountain bikes, helmets and bike locks for hire as well as information on sporty or leisurely bike tours are available at reception.
  • BRANDLALM
    Enjoy a cozy evening with your group in our rustic Brandlalm in the hotel. A large bar with dance floor and lighting system ensures the perfect party atmosphere for your event. Bookings by appointment only for groups of 50 guests or more.
  • BREAKFAST
    From 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. you can enjoy the breakfast buffet in our hotel restaurant.

  • CADDY ROOM
    It is best to leave your golf bag in the guest caddy room (in the basement, near the pro shop). You can gain access with your keycard.
  • CANDLES/OPEN FIRE
    Candles and other open fires are not permitted in the rooms. All rooms are connected to our fire alarm system.
  • CAR CLEANING
    In addition to sufficient presentation areas, the autohaus offers a state-of-the-art Kärcher gantry car wash. You can obtain tokens for an exterior car wash at reception. Professional interior and exterior cleaning can also be booked at the hotel reception.
  • CHALLENGE ZONE
    The “Challenge Zone” has various high and low rope elements that can be combined according to the wishes and abilities of the participants. The “Giant Swing” also provides pure adrenaline. Information is available at reception or directly from the Outdoor Team Geisler at +43 (0)664 280 78 38.
  • CHECK-OUT
    We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out can be booked at reception for an additional charge and subject to availability.
  • CHERRY STONE PILLOW/HEATING PILLOW
    Cherry stone pillows are available on request at Hotel Gut Brandlhof. Please contact the reception desk.
  • CIGARETTES
    You can buy cigarettes at the reception, cigars and cigarillos are available at our hotel bar. See also “Smoking”.
  • CLOTHING
    We look forward to being able to organize a few nice and enjoyable days for you and ask you to dress appropriately in the public areas, especially in the restaurants or at the hotel bar (no bathrobes, swimwear or flip flops).
  • COMFORT BEDS
    We also offer beds with extra length and in some cases extra width.
  • CREDIT CARDS
    For your payment we accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express) or EC cards (Maestro). You can of course pay in cash at any time.
  • CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
    Access to the 150-kilometer network of cross-country trails connecting Saalfelden and Leogang is just a few minutes away (skating & classic). Information and maps are available at reception.

  • DAMAGE
    Broken glass brings good luck. If you have caused any damage, please report it to reception.
  • DINNER
    We serve the pre-booked half board daily from 19:00 to 21:00 in our hotel restaurant. Our kitchen will spoil you with either a 4-course gourmet dinner or a buffet (at the chef’s discretion). The children’s half-board (up to 11 years) consists of a favorite dish or you can choose from the children’s menu. Dinner à la carte is possible by reservation.
  • DOCTOR
    If you need medical assistance, please contact reception. There you will receive information about the doctors on duty.
  • DOGS
    You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you by prior arrangement and for an additional charge (we donate half of the dog fee to national and international animal charities). We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the Vivid Spa&Beauty area and not in all rooms of our restaurant. You are very welcome to have breakfast with your dog at the hotel bar, on the hotel terrace or in our Oberbrandl restaurant. Dogs are also welcome on the golf course! Ask for the e-golf cart for dogs! If you leave your dog alone in the room, we ask you to hang the “Dog sign” on the outside of the door. Dog towels are available at reception. There is a free dog shower next to the hotel entrance.
  • DUTY OF CARE
    Please close all doors and windows when you leave your room to avoid damage caused by bad weather.

  • E-CHARGING STATIONS FOR CARS
    The following options are available for charging your electric vehicle: 1 public fast charging station with 150 kW and two charging points, 12 charging points (wallboxes) in the hotel’s outdoor parking lot 1 with 11 kW each, 10 charging points (wallboxes) in parking deck -1 with 11 kW each, 3 charging points (wallboxes) in parking deck 0 with 11 kW each, 2 charging points (wallboxes) in Golfstrasse with 11 kW each. All accessible wallboxes in parking lot P1, in the parking deck and the two wallboxes in Golfstrasse are billed according to kWh when billed via Salzburg AG (contractual partner) or direct payment: EUR 0.53 per kWh. Please note that special charging cards or apps only charge by the minute and we have no influence on the prices of your third-party provider (roaming partner). The wallboxes in the parking decks incur an additional parking fee. Please note that individual charging stations cannot be reserved. We reserve the right to adjust electricity prices.
  • E-CHARGING STATION FOR BICYCLES
    There is a free charging station for up to 4 e-bikes opposite the golf office. You can get the charging cable at the restaurant einkehr.
  • EINKEHR RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
    The einkehr is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. during the summer months/golf season. Hot meals are available from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.. Opening hours may vary depending on the weather and season. The premises can also be booked for private events in the evening during the golf months. In winter, you can hire the Einkehr exclusively for groups of 40 to 80 people.

F

  • FITNESS CENTER
    The fitness center is located on the 1st floor Brandlhof West and is open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. We ask that you only train in sportswear and sports shoes. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • FLOWER ORDERS
    You can order flowers at the reception. For a fee, they will be delivered within 24 hours from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays until 12:00 noon.
  • FOOTBALL PITCH
    The hotel’s own soccer pitch (105×68 m) and a training pitch (60×40 m) are available to national and international soccer teams. Our reservations team will be happy to inform you about the possibilities.

G

  • GOLF
    The first tee of the 18-hole golf course, the driving range and the practice area for the short game are located directly in front of the hotel. The golf office (DW 700) is at your disposal for reservations of tee times and coaching lessons with a pro from the PROject GOLFacademy golf school. Outside the opening hours of the golf office, the reception will be happy to take your tee time reservation. Except on tournament days, your four-legged friends are allowed on the golf course on a leash. Ask about the e-golf cart for dogs! Even in bad weather and in winter, you can practice thanks to the state-of-the-art indoor golf simulation facility. One hour of indoor golf fun is € 50.00 / per hour. A trainer can be booked for € 40.00 per hour.
  • GAME TABLE 
    In the “Säulenhalle”, a digital game table with up to 100 games for young and old is available. The fun is free of charge.
  • GUEST MOBILITY TICKET
    With the new ticket, all overnight guests have the opportunity to use all public transport in SalzburgerLand for the duration of their stay. Included are all city transport, regional bus services, all suburban trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and the Salzburg Verkehr shuttles in the province. You will receive your ticket digitally in your wallet or as a PDF directly at check-in or pre-check-in.

H

  • HIKING
    There are many beautiful hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, the staff at reception will be happy to advise you. On request, we can provide you with snack packs for on the way for a fee, please order these at reception by 18:00 the evening before.
  • HOTEL SHOP
    You will find our hotel store “Prader Interior” in the hotel lobby opposite reception. The store offers you a large selection of designer pieces for your home. You can find a selection of products at www.praderinterior.at
  • HUNTING ARCHERY COURSE
    Experience the 3D hunting archery course on the Wilderer Alm together with the Outdoor Team Geisler. In groups of four or more, you will be introduced to the secrets of archery. Information is available at reception or from the Outdoor Team Geisler, who can be reached on the mobile number +43 (0)664 280 78 38.

  • INTERNET / WI-FI
    You can connect to the Brandlhof WLAN free of charge with your own laptop or device (no password required). A PC with free internet access, color printer and paper is available in the Conference Center. So that you can relax even better, we deliberately do without WLAN in the relaxation rooms in the Vivid Spa.
  • IRONING SERVICE
    You will find the ironing room near the reception. The room is in the stairwell near the pillared hall, at the staircase to the first floor.
    We will be happy to iron your clothes for you on request. Please hand them to your room attendant or bring them to reception.
    The price list for this service can be found in the closet.

  • KEGELN
    There are two bowling alleys next to the hotel bar, which you can hire for €27.00/hour/alley. Please book at reception.
  • KETTLE
    We are happy to provide you with a kettle for your room. Please contact reception for this.

L

  • LAUNDRY SERVICE
    We are happy to wash your clothes in our in-house laundry (no dry cleaning). You will find a laundry bag with a price list in the closet. Please place the full laundry bag with the completed list on your bed. Your chambermaid will collect the laundry and return it washed and ironed as quickly as possible (within 24 hours at the latest). After 12:00 noon we ask you to bring the laundry bag to reception.
  • LUGGAGE DEPOT
    The luggage depot is located in the corridor behind reception and in the foyer of the World of Congress. Laptop-sized safes with a numerical code are available. You can find out the code at reception.
  • LUNCH
    Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 to 02:00 p.m. From May to October, we also spoil you with culinary delights in the einkehr from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m..We also serve small dishes at the hotel bar.

M

  • MATTRESSES
    Is the bed too soft or too hard? We can turn the mattress to a softer or harder side, provide you with a topper or adjust the slatted frame. Please contact our reception team, who will be happy to help you.
  • MINIBAR
    To save energy and protect the environment while making your stay as pleasant as possible, we have removed the minibars from the rooms and instead installed three vending machines filled to the brim with delicious drinks and snacks.   • MOBILITY TAX
    The mobility tax of currently € 0.50 (from 15 years) is added to the room price and is a mandatory service of the federal state of Salzburg. The mobility tax is only due at your check-out for all booked persons. With this ticket you can use public transport in the province of Salzburg free of charge (bus & train). The ticket is available on request from our hotel reception.
  • MULTI-COURT
    Our multifunctional sports fields next to the autohaus are the ideal place for ball sports enthusiasts (tennis, soccer, basketball) to let off steam (free of charge for you to use).

  • NEWSPAPERS
    Newspapers are available free of charge in the restaurant.

  • ÖAMTC DRIVING TECHNIQUE CENTER
    At the ÖAMTC Driving Technique Center, you can complete driving safety courses under the guidance and supervision of qualified instructors on an area of 70,000m² of on-road and 40,000m of off-road terrain. Summer and winter karts guarantee additional action and fun for groups all year round. Information and details can be obtained directly from the ÖAMTC office (adjacent to the hotel).
  • OUTDOOR POOL
    The outdoor pool with separate children’s pool and spacious sunbathing lawn is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm during the summer months and can be used free of charge by our hotel guests.

  • PARKING DECK
    On request, our reception team will book access authorization to the parking deck on your key card (€ 10.00/day).
  • PHARMACY
    The nearest pharmacy is located in the center of Saalfelden. You can find the address and telephone number of the pharmacy on duty at reception.
  • PLAYGROUND
    There is a small playground for younger guests at the Brandlhof chapel.

  • QUIET TIMES
    Please be considerate of our hotel guests seeking peace and quiet and observe the quiet times from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

  • RADIO
    You can conveniently switch on the radio with your TV remote control. The radio stations are broadcast via the panorama channels.
  • RECEPTION
    The reception desk is manned daily (DW 600). On some nights the on-call service is available 24 hours a day. Please dial the number 600 from your room or the night phone, which is available for you at reception. Simply pick up the phone and you will automatically be connected to the Hotel Gut Brandlhof on-call service.
  • ROOM SERVICE
    Room service is available during restaurant opening hours by calling DW 669. During the summer months there is limited room service (drinks, coffee and cake) from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that we charge €9.00 for room service. Daily room cleaning takes place between 08:00 and 17:00. At other times we are happy to offer a towel service for you.
  • RUNNING
    From the Brandlhof you will find countless running routes for every fitness level. Information and maps are available at reception.

  • SHOPPING
    In the center of Saalfelden, about 6 kilometers away, you will find a variety of stores from different branches. In the summer months, the weekly market takes place every Friday on Rathausplatz, where you are sure to find a souvenir or two for your loved ones.
  • SLEEP
    We would like to make your sleep as comfortable as possible and are happy to bring the following blankets and pillows to your room: summer comforter with only 600 grams of feather, wool comforter , feather pillow, and health pillow for your bed (soft or king-size bed).
  • SKIING
    For fans of the slopes, the Maria Alm-Hochkönig ski area (11 km), the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn (14 km) and the Europa-Sportregion Zell am See-Kaprun (22 km) are in the immediate vicinity. Ski tickets can be purchased at the reception. During the Christmas vacations and according to the timetable, the free cab ski shuttle will take you to Leogang (book at reception). Ski depots with boot dryers are located in the corridor behind reception and, for guests staying in the western part of the hotel, at the parking deck entrance to the hotel. Both rooms are freely accessible for hotel guests with a key card.
  • SKI AND SNOWBOARD SCHOOL

  • SMOKING
    Please note that smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel. This also applies to water pipes and shisha. In the event of non-compliance, we will charge an additional €250.00 for cleaning, as the room must be locked and the curtains cleaned. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, where you will also find an ashtray. We have set up a cozy smoking lounge for you in the hotel lobby. You can buy cigarettes at reception and cigars and cigarillos at our hotel bar.
  • SNOWMOBILING
    The ultimate experience on the 5-kilometer snowmobile track! The descent is directly from the hotel. More information about guided adventure tours with speed, trial and mountain passages is available at reception or at the ÖAMTC office.
  • SOUVENIRS
    In the hotel store, opposite reception, you will find a large selection of designer items for your home. In the corridor to the right of the reception you will find nice Brandlhof souvenirs for those who stayed at home. Please ask at reception to buy them.
  • SPORTS EQUIPMENT RENTAL
    Tennis and squash rackets can be hired at reception for a fee, table tennis rackets with balls and Nordic walking poles are available free of charge.
  • SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
    Please do not store skis/snowboards, ski boots/snowboard boots, bicycles or other sports equipment in your hotel room. Ski depots with boot dryers are located in the corridor behind the reception and, for guests staying in the western part of the hotel, at the parking deck entrance to the hotel. Both rooms are freely accessible for hotel guests with a key card.
  • SQUASH
    We are happy to reserve times for you on the squash court (€ 14.00 per 30 minutes). You can hire rackets and balls for € 5.00 per racket at reception.

  • TENNIS
    We offer two indoor tennis courts (€ 25.00 per hour until 4 pm; € 30.00 per hour from 4 pm) and one free court (free of charge). Please reserve (trainer) lessons via reception. Rackets and balls can be hired for €5.00 per racket at reception.

    The table tennis room is also located in the pillared hall on the first floor of Brandlhof West. Bats and balls are available free of charge at reception.
  • TOWELS
    Please hang the towels that you reuse on the towel rack. We are happy to replace towels on the bathroom floor.
  • TV/RADIO
    In addition to the multilingual TV and radio programs, various SKY channels are available free of charge.

  • VALUABLES
    Please keep your valuables in the room safe. You will receive the key at reception. Safes with a numerical code can be programmed with a code of your choice. The Hotel Gut Brandlhof is not liable for any valuables.
  • VIVID SPA & BEAUTY
    The wellness area is located in Brandlhof East. Guests in Brandlhof West go to the 2nd floor and follow the signs. This way you avoid having to cross the hotel lobby in your bathrobe. Please note that opening hours may vary. Towels are available in the Vivid Spa, bathrobes can be found in your room. We are happy to provide you with terrycloth bath slippers on request.
  • VIVID SPA RECEPTION
    The Vivid Spa reception is located directly at the entrance to the Vivid Spa. You can obtain terrycloth bath slippers here. You are welcome to order drinks from our Vivid Spa team. Appointments for beauty treatments or massages can be booked here, as well as at the hotel reception.
  • VOUCHERS
    Make your loved ones happy and give them Brandlhof vouchers that can be personalized with a photo. You can either buy these at reception or issue and print them out yourself via our website: www.brandlhof.com

    You can request a wake-up call at the reception or via the room telephone.
  • WILDERER ALM
    A former game feeding hut, situated on a hill directly behind the hotel, is the original location for your event. The hut can be easily reached in just a few minutes, and the rustic delicacies prepared over an open fire are particularly special. Only by reservation for groups of 25 people or more.

  • WORLD OF CONGRESS
    The new congress center with a total area of 4,000 m² is located on the ground floor and 1st floor (direct access from outside possible). The 24 seminar rooms and eight event locations with daylight and state-of-the-art technology can be individually adapted and offer space for events with up to 700 people.
