Christmas & New Year Program 2025

A saxophone quartet will set the mood for Christmas Eve at dusk. In the evening, it becomes truly festive – we’ll serve a traditional Austrian Christmas Eve menu with holiday soup and roast goose. The night will be beautifully rounded off with a visit to Midnight Mass at the Catholic parish church in Saalfelden.

In the morning, the festive Christmas service takes place at Saalfelden’s parish church. A guided ski tour on the Asitz offers an active change of pace and stunning views of the winter mountain landscape. Our kitchen team will delight you with a festive 5-course gala menu.

Our daily tip: a winter alpine hike. Enjoy a three-hour walk through the historic village of Hütten to the Grießner high moor, offering panoramic views. Return at your leisure – on foot, by ski bus, taxi, or shuttle. In the evening, our kitchen team delights you with a italian buffet.

Our daily tip: a guided ski tour in Saalfelden Leogang with an experienced mountain and ski guide who selects the perfect route based on conditions. Meeting point and tour details are arranged individually, with necessary safety equipment provided if needed. In the evening, enjoy an exquisite four-course gourmet dinner.

For all wine lovers, we’re hosting an afternoon wine tasting with our restaurant management Stefan Gregsamer (Sommelier). From 3 PM onwards, thrilling snowmobile adventures await you with hotel owner Alexander Strobl. In the evening, indulge in a delicious international buffet.

Our kitchen team presents a selection of delicacies in a four-course dinner menu. After dinner, the “Harry Acoustic Duo” will perform at the hotel bar. Additionally, a relaxing yoga session with Lisa is on the program for the day—perfect for harmonizing body and mind.

Enjoy a delicious Austrian buffet evening, accompanied by the traditional sounds of the “Pinzgauer Buam.” Later at the hotel bar, the “Pinzgauer Buam” turn up the volume and create an amazing atmosphere. Tip of the day: a panoramic snowshoe hike to the summit of the Asitz – an unforgettable nature experience with breathtaking views!

Recharge in the afternoon with a snack in the hotel lobby – it’s going to be a long night! We’ll bid farewell to the year with a gala dinner, accompanied by live music from “Silvastic & die Chefpartie” to carry us through to midnight. As the clock strikes twelve, “Silvastic” will take the stage once more. Party on! And to keep you dancing all night, we’ll be serving a midnight snack!

After a night of celebrating, feel free to sleep in and enjoy the late-riser breakfast, served until noon. For those reluctant to leave the comfort of their beds, the Historic Rifle Company will give a gentle wake-up call at midday! We’ll kick off the dining year in true Austrian style with a traditional Wiener Schnitzel menu for dinner. During the day, “Hiking through Valley and Time” invites you to a leisurely tour through the mining village of Hütten.

Start the year full of energy with a revitalizing yoga session with Lisa, gently awakening body and mind. Afterwards, unwind at the hotel bar while the “Blue Chillis” provide cozy vibes and uplifting music for a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere.
