Between 24 December and 4 January we offer our guests an extra festive and varied program at Brandlhof in Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer: From the Christmas gala dinner over music highlights to culinary delights and a big New Year’s Eve party. Of course, the numerous sports and entertainment options as well as the wide wellness program at Brandlhof are also available.

The Saalfelden carol players set the mood for Christmas Eve in the twilight.
In the evening, a festive atmosphere prevails as we serve the traditional Austrian Christmas Eve menu, featuring holiday soup and roast Christmas goose.
The Holy Night is beautifully concluded with a visit to the Catholic Christmas Midnight Mass at the Saalfelden Parish Church.
In the morning, the solemn Christmas festival service takes place at the Parish Church of Saalfelden.
The Ritzensee in the city center is perfect for an idyllic winter walk after attending the church service.
Our kitchen team led by Chef Manfred Steiner will create a festive 5-course gala menu for you.
Our daily recommendation for those who have always wanted to try cross-country skiing: Every Tuesday, the trainers from the Maria Alm Alpine Ski School will teach you the essential basic techniques for the classic cross-country style.
Our kitchen crew presents you a selection of delicacies directly served as a 4-course dinner menu.
Our daily recommendation: take a snowshoe or hiking adventure to the Mountain Inn Biberg. Then, enjoy a thrilling downhill ride on a sled. A wonderful excursion for the whole family!

For all wine enthusiasts, we are organizing a wine tasting in the afternoon with our restaurant manager and certified sommelier Johann Koller.
Enjoy a delightful buffet evening at the Gutshof, accompanied by the traditional melodies of the “Pinzgauer Buam.”
At the hotel bar, the “Pinzgauer Buam” will turn up the volume a bit and create a fantastic atmosphere.
The 4-course dinner today is themed “Italy”. Enjoy Italian delicacies and outstanding, selected wines.
After dinner, the “Blue Chilis” perform at the hotel bar. Look forward to some handcrafted, authentic blues music.
The kitchen crew brings a taste of the Far East to Austria and prepares an Asian dinner for you.
In line with the dinner theme, the “Friends of the Japanese” will entertain you with “Sushi Rock” at the hotel bar.
Recharge with a snack in the hotel lobby in the afternoon!
We conclude the last day of the year with a gala dinner. The band “Tequila & die Chefpartie” will entertain us until midnight and then return to the stage as “Die Schlagerschlampen.” Party on!
To be able to dance all night long we serve a midnight snack.
After the party night, you can sleep in and enjoy the late riser’s breakfast until 12:00 noon.
For those who absolutely refuse to leave their beds, the Historical Marksmen Company will rouse them from their slumber around noon.
We kick off the dining year in a very traditional manner with the Vienna Schnitzel menu.
Our daily recommendation: For those who still want to work out in the evening you can do so on touring skis along the Steinberg slope in Leogang. Every Tuesday the slopes (211+212) are reserved for tourers from 06:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Our daily recommendation: Every Wednesday, a mountain guide from the Deisenberger Ski School will take you on a guided tour in easy to moderately challenging terrain, providing a rich experience.
Our daily recommendation: How about swapping the cable car for touring skis? Every Thursday, a ski guide from the Deisenberger Ski School offers expert advice and tips on equipment, safety, and uphill and downhill techniques.
