AUSTRIA’S FASTEST HOTELIER WINS AGAIN!! Brandlhof Hotel Manager Alexander Strobl is not only a Racing enthusiast but also a very gifted driver. He once again proved his talent on the 4th of September 2011 by winning the prestigious Mountain race in St. Urban on the Simonhöhe. This was his third consecutive win on a very challenging course.
This years race, just like in 2010 and 2009, was a nail biter right through to the last second. Mr. Strobl,
in his Ford Escort Cosworth, took part in the category touring car and won the race with a margin of 0,43 seconds to spare.
This International Mountain race in St. Urban in Kärnten is counted among Austria’s highlights in the Motor sport Calendar.
The starting line up hosts a spree of International as well as Local starters and always guarantees excitement.
