When can we occupy our room on day of arrival?
Your reserved room is ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm.
When must the room be vacated on departure day?
Please vacate your room by 10:00 am. If you need longer, please notify the reception.
For departures after 2:00 pm, we reserve the right to charge a fee for “day room” use.
When is the reception open?
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
What do I have to heed at check-out?
Often, several guests like to check out at the same time. We ask for your patience in such cases, so that each person can be given ample time.
Please tell us of any special wishes BEFORE we complete your invoice.
Don’t forget to hand in your key. For payment, we accept: Cash, Bankomat Card, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express Card.
Can we reserve the Vivid Spa (cosmetics, massage) and sports, especially golf, ahead of time?
We recommend telling us your desired appointments a few days before your arrival, either by phone, e-mail or fax.
When you arrive we can confirm the dates and times. Please remember that tee-offs can be assigned only later or not at all on tournament days. On these days beauty appointments are limited, too.
What is the difference between the various room categories?
All our rooms have bath tub or shower, balcony, TV, mini-bar, room safe, telephone, hair dryer and bathrobes.
The various room categories are different in size and location in the hotel.
Are dogs permitted in the hotel and/or on the golf course?
Your pets are welcome. We charge EUR 19,00 per day for dogs (without food). Please do not take your dog into the restaurants or the wellness area.
You can take your dog on your round of golf onto the course. Please use the dog-hygiene bags which we have placed in your room.
Please note, that we will charge a final cleaning cost of EUR 25,00.
