Your profession is important to us

Regardless whether you have completed your education and/or apprenticeship or would like to do that with us, a wide array of professions are available at the Brandlhof.

Hotel and Holiday Assistant
You are the epicenter at the Brandlhof. You receive and advise our guests, plan room assignments, take care of correspondence and complaints. Invoicing, cancellations and cash management are also in your hands, as are the calculations for the food and drink menu. You also have administrative tasks, internal bookkeeping, statistics, purchasing invoices and lots of phoning in your area of responsibility. It is a varied and demanding programme where no one could possibly get bored.

Restaurant Expert
The well being of our guests is in your hands. You are in charge of decorations, flowers and festive table ornaments, help out in the selection of dishes and beverages, have a say in composing the menu and receive orders for dishes. Of course, you also learn how to serve perfectly, filet meats and fishes, flambée and slice. It is especially exciting during big dinner events - preparation and execution - and the maintenance, storage and control of various restaurant apparatuses.
 

Chef de cuisine
Nothing gives our guests more pleasure than delicious food made from fresh produce and perfect components, local products and culinary creativity. It has to taste good, be healthy and lovingly prepared. That’s why you are at the stove and on the job. You don’t just compose the perfect sequence of dishes, you also vary the preparations of local dishes and international specialties. Pasta dishes, vegetables, fish, meat and desserts are all the result of your abilities, as are the preparation and arrangement of buffets and banquets.

Restaurant Consultant
You are our expert. Well informed on all fronts, ready to jump in at any juncture, always full of new ideas. You help prepare food at the stove, but also help out in service, in bookkeeping, at the computer or speaking with the guests, customers and advisers. You decorate, arrange and manage. We depend on you for banquets and bookkeeping, as well as for composition of menus and assistance for large events.
