Driving fun of a very special type can be had from the various offers of the ÖAMTC-Fahrsicherheitszentrum , right
next to the hotel. Various possibilities are on offer, e.g. driving courses or
cart spins
(8 carts, each 9.5 HP, on a selective 500-meter round course, free
training and qualifying, helmets and overalls included, as well as time-taking
for reaction measurement zone) or roller slalom
(with a car on which the rear
wheels have been exchanged for the rollers of a shopping cart. The test is to
complete a slalom in as short a time as possible. Contact: the specialists at

In the nearby vicinity are the Lamprechtsofen Caves, the demonstration mine in Leogang, the Seisenberg Gorge and the Vorderkaser Gorge - all ideal day trip destinations for hiking; and within an hour’s driving time of the hotel, Salzburg, Werfen, Krimml Waterfalls, etc. can be visited.
